Do I need to write prompts?
No. You choose a product and a scene, and the scene sets the direction. An optional instructions field exists for small adjustments; it is never required.
Will my product look exactly the same in the generated images?
Your photo is the reference the image is built around, and the process is designed to preserve shape, colour, materials, packaging, logos and visible text. It is an AI process, so results can vary. Review generated images before using them commercially, with particular attention to product details and any text on packaging.
What is a credit?
One generated output image costs one credit. A photoshoot with four variations therefore costs four credits. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no trial period on any plan or term, and nothing converts into a paid subscription on its own. You can try the service with a free account instead: it includes a one-time grant of image credits, requires no card, does not expire and stays free for as long as you use it.
What is the difference between the 1, 3 and 12-month terms?
The plan itself is identical — the same credits, products and features. Only the price and the billing frequency change: the 3-month term is charged once every three months and the 12-month term once a year, both at a lower effective price per month than paying monthly.
Do longer terms give me all the credits up front?
No. Credits are granted monthly on every term. A 12-month subscription gives you your monthly allowance at the start of each month rather than a year's worth on day one.
Can I use the images commercially?
Commercial use is permitted subject to the product's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for holding the rights to the products, packaging, trademarks and photographs you upload.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are cancelled from the billing portal inside the app and remain active until the end of the term you have already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
